Welcome to La Carraire restaurant, the gourmet address of the Domaine de l'Oustalia, located just a few minutes from the town centre of’Aix-en-Provence. In a natural and soothing setting, in the heart of a protected two-hectare pine forest, our restaurant invites you on a culinary journey with flavours Provençal.
In tribute to local history, the restaurant is named after “La Carraire”, old transhumance route linking the village of Millies to the mountain pastures. This reference symbolises both territorial roots and the art of welcoming with generosity and expertise.

The Carraire offers a Seasonal produce-inspired menu, valuing the local producers and the rich flavours of Provence. Each dish is carefully conceived to combine Tastes, freshness, and elegance on the plate. Our cuisine is distinguished by its desire to enhance the Mediterranean tradition while bringing a contemporary touch.
